The service of a substitute investor for the project entitled: Reconstruction of sections of Mazowiecka Street and Lubelska Street together with the intersection

The Wałbrzych Commune - City with County Rights in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is to act as a project supervisor for the project entitled "Reconstruction of sections of Mazowiecka Street and Lubelska Street, including the intersection." 2. The contract covers supervision over the development and verification of design documentation, as well as investor supervision over the implementation of construction works related to the reconstruction of the intersection of Lubelska and Mazowiecka Streets using the "design and build" system, and investor supervision over the implementation of construction works related to the reconstruction of sections of Lubelska Street and Mazowiecka Street using the "build" system. A. The main scope of works for the reconstruction of the intersection of Lubelska and Mazowiecka streets in the "design and build" system: 1) preparation of a multi-discipline construction design (in accordance with the provisions of the FUP) or documentation for the notification of construction works and submission of an application for a building permit or notification of the execution of construction works together with obtaining a building permit or a certificate of no objection to the notification of construction works, 2) obtaining a building permit or a certificate of no objection from the architectural and construction administration authority to the notification of the execution of construction works, guaranteeing the possibility of carrying out construction works in the full scope provided for in the construction design and detailed designs, 3) preparation of detailed designs for all the existing disciplines and accompanying studies necessary for the execution of construction works, 4) preparation of Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works for all the existing disciplines, 5) execution of construction works on the basis of the above-mentioned designs and technical specifications approved by the Ordering Party, 6) ensuring the continuity of road and pedestrian traffic for the duration of the works (traffic organization for the duration of the works) works: design, execution, implementation, maintenance and decommissioning), 7) exercising authorial supervision over the prepared design documentation, 8) obtaining a decision on a permit for use and/or making an effective notification of completion of works, 9) preparing a map for design purposes together with an inventory of all facilities and networks located in the development area, if the obligation to do so results from legal provisions or requirements of competent authorities, 10) performing geotechnical drilling/excavations and preparing a geotechnical opinion. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for the preparation of design documentation and construction works is included in Appendix No. 8a to the SWZ (i.e. PFU). B. The main scope of works for the reconstruction of sections of Lubelska Street and Mazowiecka Street in the "build" system: 1) reconstruction of the roadway structure of Lubelska Street and Mazowiecka Street. Mazowiecka 2) reconstruction of the sidewalk structure 3) reconstruction of the parking bay structure 4) reconstruction of the structure of the access roads to the properties 5) reconstruction of the existing storm water drainage system, 6) removal of the LV and MV conflict,7) replacement of the existing signage, 8) taking into account and possibly restoring the works performed as part of the task entitled "Construction works related to the extension and reconstruction of national road no. 35 (km 0+000÷5+500), together with the necessary infrastructure, in Wałbrzych (sections 9-17) (hereinafter referred to as "works") as part of the investment task entitled: "Construction of bicycle paths, pedestrian and bicycle routes, bicycle lanes and designation of the track and direction of bicycle traffic, together with the accompanying infrastructure, connecting the center of Wałbrzych with other districts and Szczawno-Zdrój for the development of sustainable mobility of the inhabitants of the Wałbrzych Agglomeration" together with road markings.
