The Public Transport Authority in Warsaw, acting on the basis of powers of attorney granted on behalf of and for the benefit of the Capital City of Warsaw in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1) The subject of the contract is: 1. Delivery of the WTP Central Passenger Information System (cSIP), consisting of at least: a) a central application publishing timetable data in the GTFS/NeTEx format, propagating passenger content, and supervising e-ink passenger information media, b) an application component modeling the prediction of WTP vehicle departures from public transport stops and presenting it on e-ink media, as well as publishing vehicle location data in the GTFS-RT/SIRI format, and which will meet at least the following needs of passengers: - provide easy access to timetables and routes; - provide quick information on delays, changes or breakdowns; - provide intuitive and unambiguous dynamic and static stop information (offline and online). Furthermore, the system will enable: - quick updating of stop information in the event of changes to bus or tram lines; - quick and mass updating of timetables in the event of their changes; - presenting additional information (notifications, warnings) on media used by ZTM, including at all or selected stops (via an electronic display system). 2. Maintaining the operational efficiency of the delivered software. 3.
