The service of preparing the necessary technical documentation together with the necessary opinions and agreements - preparation of technical documentation and cost estimates for the works covered by the project - task no. 20

The Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Rzeszów in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Act and its implementing acts, with a contract value equal to or greater than the EU threshold. To the extent not regulated by the aforementioned legal acts, the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 795) shall apply. 2. The procedure is conducted as an open tender, in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act", entitled: "Service of preparing the necessary technical documentation together with the necessary opinions and arrangements – preparation of technical documentation and cost estimates for the works covered by the project – task no. 20". The task includes the preparation of:  the necessary technical documentation along with the necessary opinions and approvals  preparation of technical documentation and cost estimates for the works covered by the project for task no. 35. Thermal modernisation of the building (B-35): 35. District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Strzyżów – Administration and garage building of the Headquarters, ul. Sportowa 20, 38-100 Strzyżów; The subject of the contract is: a) Development of design documentation: - Facility inventory. Preparation of a comprehensive (multi-discipline) inventory; - Construction design. Development of a multi-discipline design in accordance with the Construction Law and relevant regulations; - Technical and detailed design. Development of a multi-discipline technical and detailed design, as well as bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, and a health and safety plan. A detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix 1 to the Technical Specifications. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of such evidence, together with the offer, confirming the compliance of the offered services with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract/description of the offer evaluation criteria/requirements related to the implementation of the contract. The Ordering Party allows for an on-site visit before submitting the offer. To arrange an on-site visit, please contact the Ordering Party. A report will be prepared after the on-site visit. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the procurement have not been awarded and the possibility of canceling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the procurement notice. The provisions of the contract are included in Appendix No. 5 to the ToR. The possibility of amending the contract and the conditions for such amendments are included in Appendix No. 5 to the ToR.
