The Contractor will sort the following fractions from the current stream of accepted waste with code 20 03 07: 1) 19 12 02 – ferrous metals, 2) 19 12 03 – non-ferrous metals, 3) 19 12 04 – plastics and rubber, 4) 19 12 07 – wood. 4. The sorted waste will be collected by the Contractor from the CWDP installation and then managed by the Contractor or other authorized entities in R3/R4/R5 recovery processes. The Contractor will submit a declaration informing about the recovery processes to which the sorted and collected secondary raw materials will be subjected. The Contractor will collect the aforementioned waste from the Ordering Party – registered office of ZGOK Sp. z o.o. in Olsztyn, ul. Piotra Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 5. The amount of sorted raw materials intended for collection and management under the basic order is 2700 Mg. 6. The Ordering Party has no influence on the size of the waste stream accepted, due to the high variability of this stream. In the event of an increase in the waste stream, the Ordering Party allows the option referred to in art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in increasing the amount of raw materials intended for collection and management by an additional 4000 Mg. This option will be activated when the volume of waste intended for collection and management under the basic order is exhausted. 7. Taking the above into account, the total amount of sorted raw materials intended for collection and management is 6700 Mg, including: for the basic order: 2700 Mg and for the order under the option: up to 4000 Mg. 8. Due to the subject matter of the order, the order must be performed in particular in accordance with the following provisions: 1) Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste; 2) the Act of 27 April 2001 – Environmental Protection Law; 3) the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, and other acts and regulations applicable to the subject of the contract. 9. Waste transfer will be confirmed by a waste transfer card – in accordance with applicable regulations. 10.
