The subject of the order is "Successive deliveries of diesel oil in a maximum quantity of 1980 m3 intended for the power of compression-ignition combustion engines used in public transport buses, within a period of 36 months from December 1, 2026 or from the date of signing the contract, if it occurs after December 1, 2026. In a situation where during the period between the submission of the offer by the Contractor in the procedure for the award of this contract and the performance of the contract (concluded as a result of its decision) there is a change in the legal provisions regarding the conditions and quality requirements for diesel fuel, the Contractor will be obliged to perform the subject of the contract taking into account these changes. The offered diesel fuel must be microbiologically clean and resistant throughout the year to possible biological contamination in tanks and installations of petrol stations. The collection of samples and their storage, in order to conduct laboratory tests verifying the compliance of the delivered products with the parameters specified in the offer, will be in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of February 12, 2026, regarding the sampling method for liquid fuels and liquid biofuels (Journal of Laws 2026, No. 217, item 101). Settlement of delivery quantities and invoicing will occur at the reference temperature (15°C). Both the Ordering Party's tanks and measuring devices have and will have valid legalizations throughout the execution of the order.
