The subject of the contract is the delivery of computer hardware, database software, servers, storage arrays, and network equipment to the Contracting Authority's headquarters. The purchase of the aforementioned hardware and software will contribute to achieving the objective of Measure D1.1.2., which is to improve the entity's operations, increase the efficiency of service provision, provide patients with appropriate care and better access to information about their health by supporting the computerization of the healthcare sector, and increase the level of cybersecurity in the Contracting Authority. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Technical Specifications (SWZ) and its annexes, in particular the OPZ and PPU (separate for each lot). 3. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial bids. 4. The Contractor may submit a bid for all lots of the contract. The Contracting Authority does not limit the number of lots for which a Contractor may submit a bid, nor does it specify the maximum number of lots for which a contract may be awarded to a single Contractor. 5.
