fibers as described in detail in the functional and operational program FUP The subject of the contract includes 1 development of a technical concept for the task 2 development of comprehensive design documentation for the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements contained in the functional and utility program FUP 3 delivery of all necessary materials and equipment to implement the subject of the contract except for fiber optic cable and multi-fiber fiber optic connectors as well as fiber optic pigtails and adapters which will be provided by the contractor by the ordering party no later than December 22 2028 4 construction based on the documentation accepted by the ordering party of earthen sections of the cable pipeline 5 laying a location cable and warning tape along the infrastructure built directly in the ground 6 placing cable trays with marking and measurement posts along the route of the above-mentioned cable pipeline 7 construction of a cable pit on the existing cable pipeline 8 laying fiber optic cable a in a new cable pipeline b in an existing including partially occupied cable pipeline c in the existing cable canalization in an additional HDPE32 2 9 pipe 9 leaving technological reserves of fiber optic cable in cable wells and trays and in buildings 10 making through fiber optic connectors 11 introducing and terminating fiber optic cable in buildings 12 laying multi-fiber fiber optic connectors in the CBPIO building in Pozna 13 preparing as-built documentation including fiber optic measurements reflectometric and transmission 3 The subject of the contract must be performed on the basis of and within the scope and in accordance with the requirements presented in the functional-utility program FUP contained in Part IV of the SWZ The assumptions and guidelines presented in the FUP constitute the basis for the contractor to prepare detailed design documentation that is part of the subject of the contract The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of changes in relation to the approximate connection route indicated in the FUP which will result from the performed at the stage of developing design documentation technical analysis and formal and legal feasibility analysis of the construction works In the event of discrepancies arising during the implementation of the subject of the contract compared to the assumptions presented in the FUP the contractor will not claim any rights to additional remuneration The Ordering Party emphasizes that the parameters presented in the FUP are estimates and the final values will be determined based on the design documentation prepared by the contractor 4 Other requirements regarding the subject of the contract and the contractor s obligations are specified in the contract template constituting Part III of the Technical Specifications 5 The warranty period will be counted from the date of the final acceptance protocol for the subject of the contract 6 Due to the specific nature of the subject of the contract the Ordering Party recommends that prior to submitting the bid the contractor conduct a site visit in the area designated by the ordering party for the construction of the connection and its surroundings in order to familiarize themselves with the specifics of the location and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract which will be useful for preparing the bid and implementing the subject of the contract The contractor will conduct this site visit at its own expense Conducting a site visit is not a condition for
