The subject of the order is the delivery of multi-channel time interval counters for the construction of Digital Radio Nodes as part of the project entitled "National research infrastructure for the development of GNSS/ADS-B systems with particular emphasis on automatic threat detection ŚWIATOWID". 2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order constitute an integral part of the description of the subject of the order and are included in Part IV of the ToR. 3. The subject of the order will be carried out for the ordering party and the entities listed below: 1) Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences – Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center (PCSS), ul. Jana Pawła II 10, 61-139 Poznań, 2) Space Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences (CBK), ul. Bartycka 18a, 00-716 Warsaw, 3) Jarosław Dąbrowski Military University of Technology in Warsaw (WAT), ul. gen. Sylwestra Kaliskiego 2, 00-908 Warsaw. 4. The delivery locations for the subject of the order, along with their assignment to individual recipients, are indicated in Part IV of the ToR. 5. The Contractor is obligated to provide a quality guarantee to individual recipients. Warranty requirements are specified in Part III of the ToS. 6. The delivered item must be brand new, not exhibited, complete, and technically functional. "Brand new" means the item in its original packaging, unused prior to the date of delivery, excluding use necessary to test its correct operation after production. 7. The item must be free from any physical and legal defects and third-party claims. 8. The delivered item must come from the manufacturer's distribution channel that does not exclude distribution to the Polish market and ensures the fulfillment of warranty rights. 9. The item must be delivered to the individual recipients along with the operating manuals, drivers, and any accompanying software necessary for the proper use of the item (to achieve the full functionality specified in Part IV of the ToS). Individual recipients will not be obligated to pay any additional fees, in particular license fees, and any licenses will be granted as part of the contractor's remuneration, without time or territorial limitations, unless otherwise expressly stated in Part IV of the ToR. If licenses, codes, or other authorizations are required to run and use this software, they must be provided at no additional charge. Codes, licenses, and other authorizations must also be provided if they are necessary to run or configure hardware components. The contractor may fulfill the requirement referred to in the first sentence by providing individual recipients with access to the manufacturer's website, where manuals, software in Polish or English, etc. will be available. In such a case, the contractor is obligated to provide individual recipients with codes, passwords, etc., if necessary to use this website, no later than the date of signing the handover protocol for the subject of the order covered by the delivery, with a given number of codes, passwords, etc., to the extent necessary to use this website. 10. The delivered subject of the order intended for power supply from the mains must be equipped with an appropriate number of power cables enabling connection to standard power outlets – unless otherwise specified in Part IV of the Technical Specifications. 11. The offered subject of the order must not be intended by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale on the date the offer is prepared. 12. The offered subject of the order must bear the CE marking of conformity (CE mark) or a CE declaration of conformity. If the offered subject of the order is not subject to the CE marking requirement, such item must bear a declaration of conformity with the RoHS Directive or be marked with the RoHS mark. 13. The offered subject of the order – equipment, and if justified by the size or function of the equipment – ​​must be marked with the selective collection symbol (crossed-out bin) on the packaging and documents accompanying the equipment. with tender notice no. 671456-2026 published on 30 Sep 2026.
