Transport and management of waste code 19 12 12

The Municipal Wastewater Treatment Company Ltd. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. Scope of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is a service including loading, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The place of collection/loading of waste onto the Contractor’s vehicles is: 1) Barycz Ecological Center at ul. Krzemieniecka 40, 30-694 Krakow, 2) Bulky Waste Plant, ul. Nowohucka 1, 31-580 Krakow, 3) Municipal Waste Recycling Center in Krakow, ul. Igołomska 17 A, 31-983 Krakow. 3. Division of the subject of the contract into lots: Acting under art. 91 sec. 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority hereby informs that it has decided not to divide this public procurement into lots (partial packages/tasks). The decision not to split the contract is dictated by objective factors of an economic, financial, and organizational nature. Detailed information is included in Chapter III, point 3 of the ToR. Key tasks: The Ordering Party does not allow subcontracting of key parts of the contract to subcontractors, referred to in Article 121, point 1 of the Public Procurement Act. By key parts of the contract, the Ordering Party understands the entire scope of the subject matter of the contract, with the exception of the management of waste constituting the subject matter of the contract in the installation and the service of loading waste onto the Contractors vehicles. 5. Employment based on an employment relationship referred to in Article 95, section 1 of the Public Procurement Act: The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employ under an employment relationship all persons driving the vehicles used by the Contractor to perform the service in question. During the performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Ordering Party will verify the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment relationship in accordance with the principles specified in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. 6. Deadline for completion of the subject of the order: 12 months from the date of signing the contract – subject to the provisions of § 8 section 3 item 1 of Annex No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. with tender notice no. 706911-2026 published on 13 Oct 2026.
