The Krakow Municipality - Krakow City Hall in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1 Title of the contract Transportation service for persons with disabilities within the Municipality of Krakow 2 The subject of the contract is the transport of persons with disabilities residing within the Municipality of Krakow under the terms specified in the contract template and its annexes in particular in Annex No 2 to the contract template i e the regulations for the transport of persons with disabilities Transport is provided exclusively within the Municipality of Krakow The expected scope of transport is approximately 816 000 kilometres including - 2026 34 000 kilometres of transport - 2027 408 000 kilometres of transport - 2028 374 000 kilometres of transport Transport is understood as a ride with at least one authorized person with a disability 3 The Contractor is obliged to have and maintain throughout the entire period of performance of the subject of the contract an appropriate civil liability insurance policy covering the activities conducted related to the subject of the contract for an insurance sum of at least PLN 600 000 00 which will be presented upon conclusion of the contract 4 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the contract template with annexes constituting Appendix No 12 to the ToR The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers the justification for not dividing the contract into lots is indicated in point 3 6 of the ToR 5 The Ordering Party does not require the performance of the contract by sheltered workshops social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provision of art 94 sec 1 of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2026 item 793 as amended hereinafter referred to as the Act 6 The Ordering Party pursuant to art 95 sec 1 of the Act requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ throughout the entire period of execution of the subject matter of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship at least two people in dispatcher-coordinator positions The performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art 22 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 -
