The Gmina azy in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1 Contract title Winter maintenance of municipal roads in the azy Commune in the 2026 2027 winter season 2 The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of municipal roads in the azy Commune in the winter season in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to March 31 2027 Winter road maintenance will consist in particular of snow removal and combating winter slipperiness and black ice preventing its formation by using roughening material sand or defrosting material sand-salt mixture in accordance with applicable regulations 3 Scope of work including winter road maintenance in the azy Commune 1 Comprehensive winter maintenance of roads including intersections driveways curved hills bus stop bays passing lanes sidewalks and municipal squares with various surfaces including asphalt crushed stone dirt and paving stones located in a given zone 2 Snow removal and gritting of sidewalks municipal parking lots and parking lots shall be performed at the express request of the Ordering Party 3 Particularly dangerous areas such as driveways hills curves turns and intersections shall be cleared of snow and gritted with a roughening or de-icing material along their entire width with a margin of approximately 20 meters before and after the aforementioned road elements 4 Slush and slush resulting from a temporary increase in temperature shall be removed immediately preventing it from freezing on the roadway 5 Equipment and personnel shall be available for the Contractor to provide the service during the winter season 6 The Contractor shall ensure the execution of the subject matter of the contract using its own or the equipment at the Contractor s disposal in good working order The equipment used to perform the service must be technically sound and adapted to the specific nature of the service being performed in particular for performing the service on narrow roads up to 2 5 m wide 7 The detailed scope of the service is included in the draft contract provisions constituting Appendix No 6 to the Technical Specifications and the Service Specification constituting Appendix No 8 to the Technical Specifications 8 The Ordering Party reserves the right to add roads sidewalks squares or parking lots that are not included in the list of a given zone 4 Division of the azy Commune into zones parts 1 Zone I town of azy Rokitno Szlacheckie Mitr ga Hutki Kanki municipal roads 52 248 km parking lots 11 344 m2 sidewalks 11 243 m 2 Zone II Niegowonice Niegowoniczki Grabowa Ska bania municipal roads 48 592 km parking lots 3 165 m2 sidewalks 2 080 m 3 Zone III Wysoka Wiesi ka Ci gowice Turza Ku nica Mas o ska Chruszczobr d Trzebyczka Chruszczobr d-Piaski municipal roads 49 500 km sidewalks 2 475 m sand containers 5 pcs 5 The detailed scope of the service together with the list of winter maintenance roads divided into zones tasks is included in Appendix No 8 to the Technical Specification of the Service This annex constitutes an integral part of these Technical Specification of the Order with tender notice no. 669337-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
