The Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract using ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes with respect to which no recommendation has been issued, referred to in art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security, or a decision or other act in connection with which a given ICT product, ICT service or specific ICT process should be withdrawn from use. 3. Pursuant to Article 95, paragraph 1 of the Act, the Ordering Party requires that the Contractor employs all persons performing the activities covered by the scope of the order on the basis of an employment contract for each of the tasks, i.e.equipment/vehicle operators (drivers). 5. This obligation also applies to Subcontractors. The Contractor is obligated to include appropriate provisions in each subcontracting agreement requiring Subcontractors to employ all persons performing the above-mentioned activities under an employment contract. with tender notice no. 697958-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
