The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract using ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes with respect to which no recommendation has been issued, referred to in art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security, or a decision or other act in connection with which a given ICT product, ICT service or specific ICT process should be withdrawn from use. 3. The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of awarding similar contracts, i.e. single-source contracts referred to in art. 305 item 1 in conjunction with art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Law. 1) The scope of services consists in the repetition of similar services, in accordance with the subject of the basic contract; 2) The value of the services is determined up to the net amount: Task No. 1 – PLN 2,181,755.00; Task No. 2 – PLN 1,439,736.00; Task No. 3 – PLN 815,514.00; Task No. 4 – PLN 950,065.00; Task No. 5 – PLN 251,765.00; Task No. 6 – PLN 158,592.00; Task No. 7 – PLN 586,790.00; Task No. 8 – PLN 256,721.00; Task No. 9 – PLN 195,845.00; Task No. 10 – PLN 61,124.00; Task No. 11 – PLN 90,860.00; Task No. 12 – PLN 175,938.00; Task No. 13 – PLN 413,000.00. 3) The basis for determining the terms of performance of a similar order is the basic agreement and negotiations conducted with the Contractor. 4. Pursuant to art. 95 section 1 of the Act, the Ordering Party requires that, for each task, the Contractor employs under an employment contract all persons performing the activities covered by the scope of the order, i.e. equipment/vehicle operators (drivers). 5. This obligation also applies to subcontractors.
