Equivalent solutions should be understood as solutions characterized by parameters no worse than those required and contained in the documentation. 5. Wherever references to Polish Standards appear in the order documents (SWZ and appendices), the application of the relevant standards of European Union countries is permissible, to the extent accepted by Polish law. 6. Wherever trademarks, patents, or origins are indicated in the description of materials or devices used in the procurement documents (SWZ and appendices), it is assumed that equivalent materials or devices can be used. The indication of trademarks, patents, or origins is only an example and is used to define the quality standards and class required for the materials or devices used.
