"Winter road maintenance" as part of Task 3: "Winter maintenance of road lanes of district roads in the city and commune of Stryków and the city and commune of Głowno"

The Zgierz County represented by the Zgierz County Board in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 2. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of county road lanes in Zgierz County: in the city and commune of Stryków and the city and commune of Głowno, consisting of snow removal and removal of winter slipperiness. The scope of the contract also includes the provision of post-winter sand cleaning services for county roads, including one-time post-winter cleaning of road lanes along their entire length and width, cleaning of all road surfaces bounded by curbs, bay surfaces, and parking lots, cleaning of all sidewalk surfaces, removal of sand from gutters and other drainage devices, removal of contaminants from road lanes, and disposal of waste to a landfill. 3. The contractor will be required to have a material and equipment base within the area covered by the subject of the contract. 4. Detailed guidelines for the execution of the subject of the contract are included in: 1) Unit price form, price calculation form - constituting Annexes 3A and 3B to the invitation to negotiate; 2) Draft contract – constituting Appendix No. 4 to the invitation to negotiations; 3) Winter maintenance plan for district roads in the 2026/2027 season in the Zgierz District – constituting Appendix No. 5 to the invitation to negotiations; 4) ST_ general requirements – constituting Appendix No. 6 to the invitation to negotiations; 5) ST_ snow removal from the road – constituting Appendix No. 7 to the invitation to negotiations; 6) Description of the subject of the contract – constituting Appendix No. 8 to the invitation to negotiations;; 7) Task No. 3 list of roads, pavements – constituting Appendix No. 9 to the invitation to negotiations; 5. The Contractor undertakes to equip the snow removal and anti-slip equipment with yellow flashing lights, in accordance with Art. 54 of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and sand plows or salt spreaders with plows additionally equipped with GPS transmitters, together with providing the Ordering Party with the ability to monitor the equipment used. 6. As part of emergency access, the Ordering Party reserves the right to direct the Contractor and move equipment to other sections of district roads within Zgierz County, in accordance with the Winter Maintenance Plan for district roads in the 2025/2026 season within Zgierz County. 7. The scope of services and detailed location of work will be determined in each case by the on-duty coordinator from the Roads Department of the District Office in Zgierz during business hours, and by the coordinator designated by the Zgierz County Board after business hours. DATE OF COMPLETION OF THIS ORDER The following deadlines for the completion of the subject of the order are established: 1) date of commencement of the contract: from the date of signing the contract, 2) date of completion of the contract: until the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor selected in the tender entitled "Winter road maintenance in the 2026/2027 season",or when the financial resources allocated for this purpose are exhausted. with tender notice no. 708592-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
