“Winter road maintenance in the Jasło Commune in the 2026/2027 season”

The Jaslo Municipality in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is "Winter road maintenance in the Jasło Commune in the 2026/2027 season" in accordance with winter road maintenance standards V and VI. As part of winter road maintenance, the Contractor is obliged to conduct winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads, including: - snow removal from the roadway; - spreading rough materials on the roadway – a mixture (sand 0.5 – 2 mm, grit 2 – 8 mm, salt); The roughening material should be used in the following proportions: - sand 45%; - grit 45%; - road salt 10%. The materials should be mixed directly on the sand spreader. Store salt in tight plastic bags. The Contractor shall secure the materials themselves. The mixture should be used in an amount of 300 kg/1 km of road. During "typical" winter conditions, both snow removal and anti-slippery work on municipal roads will take place between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM. In the event of severe weather conditions, equipment operation time will be extended as needed. Roads will be gritted with roughening material after the snowfall subsides. Description of the Winter Road Maintenance Standard: Snow Removal Rules: The roadway will be cleared of snow across its entire width. After the snowfall ceases, loose or compacted snow, slush, or snow packs may remain on the road for up to 24 hours. In the event of heavy snowfall or strong winds, drifts may form on the roads, causing disruptions or interruptions in traffic. Traffic disruptions of up to 48 hours are permitted after the winter weather subsides. Rules for combating winter slipperiness: The road carriageway will be gritted with a 10% mixture only in designated areas, i.e.:  intersections with roads,  intersections with railway tracks at rail level,  sections with a gradient of over 4%,  sections along bridges,  sections within steep slopes,  dangerous curves. 2. The subject of the contract includes 11 tasks, each of which will be treated as a separate contract: a) task no. 1 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​Jareniówka and Opacie; b) task no. 2 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​Trzcinica; c) task no. 3 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​Osobnica; d) task no. 4 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​Brzyście and Niegłowice; e) task no. 5 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​Kowalowy and Gorajowice; f) task no. 6 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​the towns of Łaski and Sobniów; a) task no. 7 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​the towns of Chrząstówka and Niepla; b) task no. 8 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​the towns of Szebnie and Zimna Woda; c) task no. 9 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​the towns of Bierówka and Warzyce; d) task no. 10 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​the town of Wolica; e) task no. 11 – winter road maintenance in the area of ​​the town of Żółków; 3. The list of roads intended for winter maintenance is attached as Annexes No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9, 10, 11 to the Technical Specifications. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor employ, under an employment contract, persons performing the activities specified in the Technical Specifications and in the contract. The method of documenting the employment of persons and the Ordering Party's powers of inspection are included in the draft contract – Appendix No. 18 to the Technical Specifications. 5.
