The obligation to conduct a local vision arises from the nature of the order subject and the current state of the investment, i.e., the building under construction, to which the furniture will be delivered and installed. During the procurement process, the object is in the construction phase, which means that there may be variable technical, organizational, and logistical conditions that directly affect the manner of order execution, particularly in the following areas: • Actual conditions of transportation, unloading, and bringing in the equipment • Availability of communication routes, elevators, staircases, and access roads • Coordination of work with other contractors present on the construction site • Existing constraints resulting from applicable safety regulations on the construction site • Necessity to adjust delivery and installation schedules to the progress of construction work. The local vision aims to ensure that each Contractor obtains full and comparable knowledge of the order execution conditions, thereby reducing the risk of incorrect pricing, disputes during the execution of the contract, and the need for changes due to underestimation of logistical or organizational responsibilities. This requirement is justified by the need to maintain the principle of due diligence in preparing the offer and to protect the Buyer's interests by ensuring the feasibility, realism, and comparability of the offers. The local vision also minimizes risks associated with the safety of delivery operations on an active construction site. Upon completion of the local vision, a protocol or participation confirmation signed by the Buyer's representative will be prepared. Failure to participate in the local vision will be deemed as the offer being submitted without the required knowledge of the order execution conditions.
