Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w Rozdziale III SWZ oraz w postanowieniach umowy stanowiącej załącznik do SWZ. 4. Zamawiający (Gmina Olsztyn) na podstawie art. 38 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019r. Prawo zamówień publicznych został upoważniony do przeprowadzenia niniejszego postępowania i udzielenia zamówienia w imieniu i na rzecz pozostałych Zamawiających określonych szczegółowo w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ, którzy pod nazwą „Grupa UM Olsztyn” postanowili wspólnie przeprowadzić postępowanie i udzielić zamówienia na zakup energii elektrycznej na lata 2027-2028, zgodnie z zawartymi porozumieniami. with tender notice no. 554569-2026 published on 12 Aug 2026.
