Zamawiający na realizację inwestycji otrzymał pożyczkę inwestycyjną ze środków Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększenia Odporności w ramach Inwestycji B.3.4.1 „Inwestycje na rzecz zielonej transformacji miast”. 3.3.
