U. 2011 Nr 113 poz. 657 z poz. zm.) w zakresie dokumentów obowiązujących w ramach przepisów prawa oraz dostawa bezterminowych licencji płatnych jednorazowo. 2) Integracja dostarczanego oprogramowania zgodnie z wymaganiami z SWZ. 3) Dostawa i wdrożenie sprzętu informatycznego niezbędnego do działania systemu RIS/PACS: a. Serwer do obsługi RIS/PACS - 2 szt. b. Macierz NAS – 1 szt. 4) Instalacja, wdrożenie, konfiguracja i uruchomienie w/w oprogramowania na sprzęcie informatycznym wskazanym przez Zamawiającego. 5) Dostarczenie dokumentacji testowej (Plan testów, scenariusze i przypadki testowe) dla dostarczanego oprogramowania. 6) Przeprowadzenie testów akceptacyjnych i integracyjnych. 7) Przeszkolenie personelu Zamawiającego oraz użytkowników Systemu z dostarczanego oprogramowania aplikacyjnego oraz oprogramowania systemowego. 8) Dostarczenie dokumentacji wymaganej w SWZ. 9) Świadczenie usług gwarancji wobec całości dostarczonego i zrealizowanego przedmiotu zamówienia przez okres min. 36 miesięcy od daty końcowego odbioru systemu 10) Dostarczenie dodatkowych 10 osobodni pracy zespołu wdrożeniowego do wykorzystania przez Zamawiającego. with tender notice no. 572778-2026 published on 19 Aug 2026. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) Rozbudowa posiadanych przez Wojewódzki Szpital im. Zofii z Zamoyskich Tarnowskiej w Tarnobrzegu systemów klasy RIS/PACS poprzez dostawę, instalację, konfigurację i wdrożenie wymienionych w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia modułów Systemu oraz ich pełną integrację z funkcjonującymi u Zamawiającego Systemami informatycznymi.
