The UNIVERSITY CLINICAL HOSPITAL No 2 PUM IN SZCZECIN in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for 1 The subject of the order is Supply of medicinal products medical devices enteral and parenteral nutrition preparations for the USK-2 PUM Clinics in Szczecin 2 Whenever the term products is used hereinafter this term should be understood as the products indicated in Appendix 2 FCJ to the SWZ 3 The description of the subject of the order and the estimated quantities of the products are included in the unit price form Appendix 2 to the SWZ hereinafter also referred to as FCJ This form must be submitted together with the offer form annex 1 to SWZ hereinafter also referred to as FO 4 The Ordering Party requires the following to be offered a medicinal products in accordance with the Act of 6 September 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law with the exception of the items specified in point 4 subpoints b c d e b medical devices within the meaning of the Act on Medical Devices Journal of Laws 2024 item 1620 as amended hereinafter referred to as UoWM placed on the market and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations - within the scope of the following tasks and items - task no 2 items 6 7 10 c dietary food medical food - applies to task no 2 item 9 d dietary food or dietary supplement - applies to task 2 item 3 e cosmetics - applies to task no 2 item 4 5 8 5 The Ordering Party requires that the shelf life of all offered products be at least 12 months counted from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party s premises 6 Whenever the subject of the order refers to trade names it is permissible to offer an equivalent product By an equivalent product the Ordering Party understands a product that meets the requirements regarding active substance dose form route of administration and packaging size in relation to the item described by the Ordering Party in Annex 2 to the specification 7 The Ordering Party accepts an equivalent drug provided that reimbursement of treatment costs by the National Health Fund if applicable will be possible 8 The Contractor will ensure the delivery of medicinal products labeled and secured in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation EU 2016 161 of 2 October 2015 supplementing Directive 2001 83 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council According to this Regulation each medicine should be secured with a unique identifier UI and a special label protecting against unauthorized opening ATD this applies to batches of prescription medicinal products and certain over-the-counter medicines released after February 9 2019 9 If the offered medicinal product has been withdrawn from production or is temporarily unavailable and the date of resumption of production is unknown the price of the item is provided only by the Contractor who has sufficient stock for the entire contract period Other Contractors in the unit price form under item Where a product is discontinued or temporarily unavailable a note about the product s withdrawal from production or its temporary unavailability will be provided When comparing offers the Ordering Party will not take into account the value of discontinued or temporarily unavailable products i e it will limit the subject of the order to include products discontinued or temporarily unavailable unless they are priced by all participants in the procedure for a given task 10 The Ordering Party has the right to order a smaller quantity of products but no less than 60 of the quantity specified in the unit price form 11 Pursuant to Art 30 Section 2 of the Public Procurement Law the Ordering Party awards the contract in parts each of which is the subject of a separate procedure 12 The order consists of 4 tasks a detailed description of which is included in FCJ 13 The Ordering Party does not allow variant offers with tender notice no. 666348-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
