The 21 Baza Lotnictwa Taktycznego in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order is the successive delivery of vegetables and fruits for the year 2026 to the garrisons administered by the 21st Tactical Air Base in Świdwin. The subject of the order has been divided into 6 tasks: a) Task No. 1 – Świdwin vegetables – in the assortment and quantities specified in the price form – Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ;b) Task No. 2 – Świdwin fruits – in the assortment and quantities specified in the price form – Appendix No. 2b to the SWZ;c) Task No. 3 – Trzebiatów vegetables – in the assortment and quantities specified in the price form – Appendix No. 2c to the SWZ;d) Task No. 4 – Trzebiatów fruits – in the assortment and quantities specified in the price form – Appendix No. 2d to the SWZ;e) Task No. 5 – Mirosławiec vegetables – in the assortment and quantities specified in the price form – Appendix No. 2e to the SWZ;f) Task No. 6 – Mirosławiec fruits – in the assortment and quantities specified in the pricing form – Appendix No. 2f to the ToR. Quality standards, a detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract, including the terms and conditions of delivery for individual tasks, are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the ToR. 1. Before awarding the contract, the Ordering Party will request the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest to submit, within a specified time limit of no less than 10 days, the following declarations or documents, current as of the date of submission, to confirm, respectively, that the Contractor is not subject to exclusion from the procedure and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure, i.e.: a) a current administrative decision of the competent district veterinarian on the approval, conditional approval or extension of conditional approval of plants, in accordance with Art. 20 paragraph 1 item 2 of the Act of 16 December 2005. on products of animal origin (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 872), or the competent authority of the State Sanitary Inspection regarding the approval, conditional approval, extension of conditional approval of establishments that produce or introduce food of non-animal origin to the market or introduce products of animal origin to the market that are not subject to official control by the Veterinary Inspection authorities, in accordance with Art. 62 paragraph 1 point 2 of the Act of 25 August 2006. on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2132), or a certificate of entry in the register of establishments in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 29 May 2007, on templates of documents concerning the registration and approval of establishments producing or introducing food to the market subject to official control of the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 106, item 730, as amended). b) current information from the National Criminal Register within the scope specified in art. 108 paragraph 1 points 1, 2 and 4 of the Public Procurement Act, issued not earlier than 6 months before its submission.
