Valid classification certificate for the company.
Deposit receipt for the value of the documents in the account shown below, or payment by bank card at the headquarters of the General Department of Awqaf.

The bank guarantee (temporary security) shall be presented in an open envelope from one of the banks operating in the State of Qatar, as indicated above, as a temporary insurance for a period of (120) days, starting from the closing date.
(2) Financial and technical envelopes, sealed with red wax in the name of Mr. / Chairman of the Tenders Committee of the General Directorate of Awqaf. The envelope should write (Tender No. - Tender Subject).
The bid validity period is (90) days from the closing date.
The accepted bidder shall provide a final insurance of (10%) of his bid, valid for the duration of the contract implementation.
The management has the right to increase or decrease 20% of the value of the contracted works.
