This includes 1.,,Demolition of the existing ceremonial building, security building and substation in the proposed plot. 2.,,Site development and landfilling 3.,,Construction of laboratory & Administrative building, service block. It includes 11/0.433 KV substation building, 11kV Cable Tie-in Kahramaa 132/11kv Substation, Telecom tie-in, Firewater tie-in, potable water tie-in. Chiller Plant Generator house, Bulk tank, and Security Guard room including all the building services required for a laboratory building. 4.,,Diesel Generator and Diesel tank 5.,,Laboratory Gas Systems including Gas farms 6.,,Laboratory benches and fume cupboards 7.,,Construction of site utility works such as asphalted road with Kerb, car parking, road levelling, and modification of existing car parking area with existing fence and pavement to create the project entrance. 8.,,Construction of soft & hard landscape and irrigation system 9.,,Laying of FO cable from the new laboratory building to NRAB and Refinery control room building, including excavation, backfilling, and utility crossings. 10.,,Modification of existing QatarEnergy refinery fence. 11.,,Vendor engineering and preparation shop drawings. 12.,,Spare Hand over 13.,,Training..
