The brief scope of work covered under this contract is as follows: 1. Comply to all items specified in the attached EIA approval (Attachment 1_ MoECC Letter # 2022/79738 dated 23 March 2022). 2. Dismantling of all equipment & structures of 132 kV Switchyard and CCR building and dispose them safely complying to local authorities/regulations and clear the site. 3. Demolition of all buildings and structures/foundations within the site, including underground structures and utilities, re-use of suitable soil material by screening, crushing etc. for backfilling and grading at site and disposal off-site at approved locations. 4. All necessary testing as per approved Inspection and Test Plan 5. Grading and leveling of the entire site, and restoration to “green field status” and handing over the site to KAHRAMAA. 6. Safeguarding of all live equipment and steam pipelines existing near the demolition site during the demolition works 7.
