Minimum Pre-Qualification Criteria:
In order for QatarEnergy to release the Pre-Qualification Package to prospective bidders, they must confirm their ability to meet the following as part of their EOI:
1. Good financial standing in the past three (3) years, with an average annual turnover of a minimum QR. 200 million.
2. Availability of adequate manpower, expertise and resources to execute as the Main Contractor for the design and construction of a minimum 100.000 m2 (of a single contract) of accommodation projects.
3. Experience in all aspects of construction disciplines, e.g., heavy structural works, including steel and concrete construction, and all aspects of building projects including heavy utilities.
4. Have successfully executed projects of similar nature and size within last 10 years in the State of Qatar/GCC
5. ISO-certified and willing to comply with GatarEnergy's HSE and GA/GC requirements.
6. Proven track record of working on major projects with multiple interfaces with other contractors working nearby, within challenging timelines. with tender notice no.
