Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (“KAHRAMAA”) is pleased to invite interested IWPP developers to participate in a Pre-Qualification process in respect of the development of ‘Facility E IWPP’ with power generation and potable water production capacities of approximately 2,300 MW and 100 MIGD respectively. Interested developers will need to satisfy certain pre-qualification requirements in order to be shortlisted to receive the Request for Bid(s) (“RFB”).

• Who should respond to this pre-qualification questionnaire: Organizations that have a track record of development of utility scale Power and/ or Water Projects as the Lead Developer. • Interested parties are required to submit an Expression of Interest Letter “EoI” no later than 28 May 2023, duly signed and sent via e-mail to: facilityeretender@km.qa .
