The Tenders and Auctions Committee of Mwani Qatar hereby announces the above
tenders with the following terms and conditions:
1 - Tender documents can be obtained ( via Email ) from the Finance and Accounting Department Tel No.
(40453724/568) , after depositing the non-refundable amount mentioned above at MQ A/C No. ( 0850 -
102030 - 060 ) at QNB and submitting the bank depositing receipt and copy of the Commercial Registration
to : (tender.secretaryamwani.com.qa) Tel. ( 40453724/568 - 31265655/30121037 ).
2 - Offer should be accompanied with a Tender Bond / issued by one of the Banks operating in Qatar for the
amount shown in the above table and valid for 120 days from the closing date. The offer which is not accom-
panied by the Tender Bond will not be considered. The successful bidder should submit a Performance Bond
of 10% of the total Tender value, which should be valid for (90) days after the expiry of the contract period.
3 - Offers should be valid for ninety (90) days commencing from the tender closing date and MQ has the
right (after Tenders and Auctions Committee approval) to increase or decrease the items/services by 20% of
the contract value according to its conditions and prices.
4 - The deadline for submitting offers will be 02:00 pm of the date shown above. Any offer arriving thereafter
will not be considered.
5 - The offers should be deposited in the Tenders and Auctions Committee Box of MQ as per the address
given above. Tel. No : ( 40453407/40453633 ). The tender submitting party should confirm that he has
received the receipt for delivering the tender. It should be in closed envelopes, sealed with red wax and
addressed to the Chairman, Tenders and Auctions Committee of MQ. writing the number and subject of the
Tender.
6 - The offers must be submitted in Two envelope system, ( Technical original and copy one envelope ♦
Commercial original and copy one envelope ) The envelopes should not bear any mark denoting the name
of the Company. The original Tender bond must be attached with the Original Technical offer.
7 - Every tenderer should attach document showing previous similar experience in the field of the required
items/servicer.
