Bond: 250000 QAR Fee: 500 QAR Tender Issue Period: 27/07/23 - 02/08/23 Bid Closing Date: 27/08/23 Bond Validity: 24/01/24- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date Offer Validity: 25/12/23- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date 2.1 The scope of work shall include but not limited to: (i) Supply all labor, services, supervision, warehousing, supply of required consumables, necessary tools/testing devices, Environment Protection Agency ("EPA") Certified Gas Cylinders for Continuous CEMS Checks and Audit along with each item of expense necessary for the performance of the Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance, repair/servicing, and calibration of Analyzers as well as to carry out RATA of CEMS systems. (ii) Contractor will be responsible for the Management, Performance of the repair and Maintenance of the Analyzers and its associated equipment to ensure compliance with MoE Regulations and Operating and Maintenance Manuals of OEM and provide the technical support services from the Analyzer's OEMs. 2.2 The proposed Contract shall be awarded (split award) on a Call-off basis for duration of five (5) calendar years as per below: Mesaieed Operations, Refinery Maintenance, and IDD EL-SHARQI OPERATIONS.
