The offer which is not accompanied by the Tender Bond will not be considered. The successful bidder should submit a Performance Bond of 10% of the total Tender value, which should be valid for (90) da/s after the expiry of the contract period. Offers should be valid for ninety (90) da/s commencing from the tender closing date and MQ has the right (after Tenders and Auctions Committee approval) to increase or decrease the items/services by 20% of the contract value acoording to its conditions and prices. The deadline for submitting offers will be 02.00 pm of the date shown above.
