Contractor shall provide Drilling and Completion Platform Cloud Solution on call-off basis as per the scope of requirement by Qatargas for a period of five (5) years. Minimum requirements included but not limited to:
• Five (5) years experience in provision of Drilling & Completions Platform solution to major International Oil & Gas Company.
• Contractor's solution shall have the capability to: о Display drilling metrics by analyzing real-time rig sensor data such as, but not limited to: Days vs Depth/Cost, Directional/Hydraulics, KPI Visualizer, Rig Activity. Functionality must include the ability to customize analytical visualizations and alerts as required by the D&C group, о Monitor, predict and provide real time alerts for drilling hazards such as: collision with adjacent wellbore, stuck pipe, hole cleaning/hydraulics issues, well control alerts (trip tank/ PVT gains), о Be utilized and transfer custom-built apps by Qatargas shareholder companies, о Provide real-time performance data visualizations that leverage existing WITSML standard data streams in an efficient, effetive, and secure environment to identify problem events, о Enable automated alerts, and mine historical data to understand best practices, о Be compatible with OSDU and/or OSDU enable, о Provide feature of performance monitoring and reporting services, which computes KPIs using a combination of information from rig sensors, drilling plans and daily drilling reports (DDR) for continuous optimization and operational efficiency.
