Contractor shall provide Contractor Personnel, services, supervision, testing, equipment, material, tools, consumables, associated services, Contractor Items, spares and each and every item of expense necessary for the provision of Fishing, Milling & Drilling Tools and Services in support of Drilling/ Workover Operations for Offshore and Onshore Wells. 2. Contractor is required to provide fishing, milling & drilling tools as per ANSI/ API Specification along with Contractor Personnel and the relevant technical support. 3. Contractor shall maintain an adequate stock of fully dressed or new all Fishing, Milling & Drilling tools and equipment with backup, such as but not limited to, the equipment listed in technical specification requirement, deploying sufficient qualified Contractor Personnel in Doha, to cover QatarEnergy operation requirements ready to perform the Services under the Contract on Call-Off basis at short notice. 4. Contractor Services may also be required at Site where any rig-less operations are under progress. 5. The Scope of Services are consisting of the following Parts: Part I – Offshore and Onshore Fishing, Milling & Drilling Tools and Services, which shall cover the requirement of an estimated volume of operations performed by five (5) rigs for offshore drilling and workover operations, barge operations, and seven (7) land rigs for onshore drilling and workover operations. Part I comprises the bulk of the Services or about 70%; and is further segregated into the following two (2) Sections in line with the proposed Contract Administration Strategy for Part I of the Tender: i. Section 1- representing 75% Volume of Services of Part I ii. Section 2 -representing 25% Volume of Services of Part I Part II – Specialized Onshore Section Milling Services, which shall cover the requirement of two (2) land rigs for onshore drilling and workover operations. Part II comprises the remaining part of the Services of about 30%. 6. Contract duration for the Services shall be sixty three (63) months from the Effective Date including three (3) months for initial mobilization and inspection. Note: a) Tender documents for the above services/works/goods can be obtained from the Dates of Issue within the Tender Sale Period. Tender Issue Time ends at 2 PM (local time) of the Sale period's end date. b) Suppliers and Contractors who are already registered with QatarEnergy via e-Registration system and are in possession of a valid SAP ID issued by QatarEnergy can buy the Tender document online using the Buy Tender Online link within the Tender Issue Period indicated above. c) Requests for issuance of Tenders after the specified Tender Issue Period will not be entertained.
