( 40453724/568 - 31265655 / 30121037 ). 2 - Offer should be accompanied with a Tender Bond / issued by one of the Banks operating in Qatar for the amount shown in the above table and valid for 120 days from the closing date. The offer which is not accompanied by the Tender Bond will not be considered. The successful bidder should submit a Performance Bond of 10% of the total Tender value, which should be valid for (90) days after the expiry of the contract period. 3 - Offers should be valid for ninety (90) days commencing from the tender closing date and MQ has the right (after Tenders and Auctions Committee approval) to increase or decrease the items/services by 20% of the contract value according to its conditions and prices. 4 - The deadline for submitting offers will be 02:00 pm of the date shown above. Any offer arriving thereafter will not be considered. 5 - The offers should be deposited in the Tenders and Auctions Committee Box of MQ as per the address given above. Tel.
