B. Date and Time of Tender documents Issuance via email Tender documents issuance from 09-April -2023 to 13- April -2023,8am-12 noon. C Proposal details Proposals should be valid for 240 days from the tender closing date. Tender must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee (Tender Bond) issued by one of the Qatari Banks or by a Bank operating in Qatar and should be valid for 240 days from the tender closing date. D.
