The Border Police Agent Training School in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this procurement procedure represents the acquisition of REAL SCENARIO SIMULATORS, in accordance with technical specifications no. 1.533.888 dated 16.09.2026 attached to the work package no. 1.534.047 dated 28.09.2026, and the contracting authority intends to conclude a public procurement contract for products. The delivery deadline is 5 months from the date of signing the contract by both parties. The acquisition of this REAL SCENARIO SIMULATORS will help improve the performance and practical skills of the trainees who will be instructed within the school, thereby enabling efficient implementation of the project "ROHU00634 – SAFE - Together for a Safer Area", as well as increasing institutional capacity through improved equipment levels of the educational institution and streamlining the process of transmission and acquisition of specific practical skills. Any economic operator is entitled to request clarifications or additional information, only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub) within a maximum period of 18 days prior to the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with Article 160, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Law 98/2016. Requests for clarifications will be addressed exclusively through SEAP and will be signed with an extended electronic signature based on a qualified certificate issued by an accredited certification service provider. In the event that clarifications or additional information have been submitted within the aforementioned time limit, the contracting authority will respond within 12 days prior to the deadline for submitting offers, in accordance with Article 161, paragraph 1 of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will not accept clarifications submitted through any other communication method or within any other time frame. ATTENTION!!!
