The PUBLITRANS 2000 S.A. in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Framework agreement for a period of 24 months for services of: - RCA civil liability insurance, for vehicles owned by Publitrans 2000 SA and for those to be purchased during the framework agreement, according to the data in Annex no. 1 to the specifications. - optional CASCO type insurance, for vehicles in the Publitrans 2000 SA fleet and for those to be purchased during the framework agreement, according to the data in Annex no. 2 to the specifications. - insurance for transported passengers and their luggage, for vehicles in the Publitrans 2000 SA fleet and for those to be purchased during the framework agreement, according to the data in Annex no. 3 to the specifications. - professional civil liability insurance, for members of the board of directors, according to the data in Annex no. 4 to the specifications. The framework agreement will be concluded with several operators, without resuming the competition, respectively with the first two bidders declared winners, for each of the 4 lots and based on which the subsequent contracts will be signed, in ascending order of the offered prices. In the event that the first bidder in the ranking, respectively the first promising provider, will not be able to respond to the contracting entitys request to award a subsequent contract, during the validity period of the framework agreement, refusing to sign it, the contracting entity will request the signing of the subsequent contract to the promising provider ranked next in the ranking on the basis of which the framework agreements will be concluded. Currently, the contracting entity has ongoing framework agreements, respectively subsequent contracts for these types of insurance services. Subsequent contracts will be awarded, depending on the needs, after the expiration of those currently underway. Subsequent contracts will be awarded as many times as necessary. The estimated minimum value of the largest subsequent contract and for the framework agreement, for each lot in part is: 164,000 lei for lot no. 1; 973,000 lei for lot no. 2; 6,000 lei for lot no. 3 and 45,000 lei for lot no. 4. The estimated maximum value of the largest subsequent contract for each lot in part is: 643,000 lei for lot no. 1; 1,432,000 lei for lot no. 2; 25,000 lei for lot no. 3 and 45,000 lei for lot no. 4. The estimated maximum value of the framework agreement for each lot in part is: 1,703,000 lei for lot no. 1; 5,000,000 lei for lot no. 2; 65,000 lei for lot no. 3 and 90,000 lei for lot no. 4. with tender notice no. 721697-2026 published on 19 Oct 2026.
