Cadastral and tabulation services for real estate under the administration of Sector 2 of Bucharest Municipality

The Sectorul 2 al Municipiului Bucuresti in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Cadastral and tabulation services for real estate under the administration of Sector 2 of the Municipality of Bucharest. Thus, the provision of services will be based on the norms, methodologies and standards in the fields of cadastre, geodesy, topography and digital cartography imposed by the Romanian or EU authorities. The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement with 5 economic operators, authorized providers of cadastral and topography services, which will ensure the development of the cadastral documentation required by the legal regulations in force in order to tabulate the real estate they administer and/or certify the legal status of the respective real estate by registering it in the Land Register, respectively for all the services/activities described in the specifications. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years, with subsequent contracts to be concluded/order notes issued, depending on the available funds provided for each year and depending on the need that arises at the level of the contracting authority. Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 1,000,000.00 lei Estimated value of the smallest subsequent contract: 40,000.00 lei Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested for the duration of the entire framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the duration of the framework agreement, are found in the annex to the Specifications. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18 days. Clarifications requested after this deadline will no longer be taken into account.
