The award procedure is divided into 4 regional lots, as follows: Lot 1 (North-East and South-East): Suceava, Botoșani, Neamț, Iași, Bacău, Vaslui, Vrancea, Galați, Buzău, Brăila, Tulcea, Constanța; Lot 2 (South and South-West): Ialomița, Călărași, Prahova, Giurgiu, Dâmbovița, Teleorman, Argeș, Olt, Vâlcea, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinți; Lot 3 (West, Center and North-West): Caraș-Severin, Hunedoara, Timiș, Arad, Alba, Sibiu, Brașov, Covasna, Harghita, Mureș, Cluj, Bihor, Satu-Mare, Sălaj, Bistrița Năsăud, Maramureș; Lot 4: Bucharest and Ilfov. The duration of the centralized framework agreement is 23 months from the date of its entry into force.
