The project will include, among others, all the necessary documents (such as expertise, memoranda, drawings, calculations, etc.) for the development of the Technical Project in accordance with national legislation and any documentation necessary to obtain construction permits. b) Development of the documentation necessary to obtain the permits and approvals necessary for execution. c) Construction works. d) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment. e) Supply and installation of laboratory equipment f) Testing and commissioning. g) Carrying out all the necessary works for the automation and ensuring the integration of field equipment into local SCADA and the transmission of data into SCADA. h) Monitoring the functioning of the works and providing assistance/consultancy to the responsible personnel during the Warranty Period, when necessary. i) Remedying any defects that may have occurred during the Warranty Period of at least 1095 days. j) Training the personnel of the Beneficiary and/or the Operator. The estimated value of the sectoral procurement is: 130,400,046 lei (value before VAT). The estimated value of the contract does not include “miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses”. The amount related to the percentage of miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses, as they were defined in the General Estimate is 12,688,482 lei and is not included in the estimated value of the sectoral contract.
