The COMPANIA DE APA in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The contract involves design and execution activities for: SEE ALSO THE DETAILS IN THE ANNEX TO THE DATA SHEET - CHAPTER 0 - FORMULATION Sector 1: Nehoiu zonal water supply system Sector 2: Merei zonal water supply system Sector 3: Izvoru Dulce zonal water supply system Sector 4: Vernesti – Magura zonal water supply system Sector 5: Manzalesti - Lopatari zonal water supply system Sector 6: Chiojdu zonal water supply system Sector 7: Calvini – Patarlagele - Cislau – Viperesti zonal water supply system The contract activities include: a) The design activities refer to the detailed technical project for new water treatment plants, new water households or the rehabilitation of water households and the rehabilitation and extension of the catchment fronts. The project will include, among others, all the necessary documents (such as expertise, memoranda, drawings, calculations, etc.) for the development of the Technical Project in accordance with national legislation and any documentation necessary to obtain construction permits. b) Development of the documentation necessary to obtain the permits and approvals necessary for execution. c) Construction works. d) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment. e) Supply and installation of laboratory equipment f) Testing and commissioning. g) Carrying out all the necessary works to automate and ensure the integration of field equipment into local SCADA and the transmission of data into SCADA. h) Monitoring the functioning of the works and providing assistance/consultancy to the responsible personnel during the Warranty Period, when necessary. i) Remedying any defects that may have occurred during the Warranty Period of at least 1095 days. j) Training the personnel of the Beneficiary and/or Operator. The estimated value of the sectoral procurement is: 76,747,524 lei (value before VAT). The estimated value of the contract does not include “various and unforeseen expenses”. The amount related to the percentage of various and unforeseen expenses, as they were defined in the General Estimate is 7,474,076 lei and is not included in the estimated value of the sectoral contract.
