CL 6 - Execution of water supply network works - UAT Movila Miresii and sewage - UAT Sutesti, UAT Movila Miresii, UAT Cazasu, SPAUs and electrical connections

The PUBLIC UTILITIES COMPANY DANUBE BRAILA in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The object of the contract is the execution of distribution network rehabilitation works, including branches in the Movila Miresii location, rehabilitation of the Movila Miresii - Gemenele supply pipeline, establishment of a sewage system in the Cazasu locality, extension of the domestic sewage network in the Movila Miresii location, establishment of a sewage system in the Sutesti locality, collector Sutesti - Movila Miresii - Tudor Vladimirescu- Cazasu - SE Braila, which are provided for by the "Regional Project for the Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Braila County, in the period 2014 - 2020" in order to achieve the general objective and the specific ones of the POIM assumed by the OR through the Financing Contract. The estimated duration of the contract consists of 24 months, the estimated duration for execution, to which is added the warranty period which is at least 36 months from the signing of the acceptance report to the completion of the works. NOTES: In accordance with the provisions of art.172, paragraph (1) of Law no.99/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, in compliance with the deadline set by the contracting entity. The Contracting Entity establishes 2 deadlines by which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications, as follows: - first deadline: on the 21st day before the deadline for submission of tenders, the EC will respond to requests that were sent by the 30th day before the deadline for submission of tenders; - second deadline/last deadline: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, the EC will respond to requests that were sent by the 21st day before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of art.29, paragraph (3) of Government Decision no. 394/2016, the contracting entity shall only respond to requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators by the established deadline. The Contracting Entity is not obliged to respond to other requests submitted after the publication of the responses from the second deadline (last deadline), if the deadline for submitting tenders is extended. In the event that one or more of the established dates are non-working days, the working day immediately following that date(s) will be taken into account, provided that the minimum deadline of 10 days before the deadline for submitting tenders is respected.
