The DELGAZ GRID S.A. in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The purpose of this procedure is the acquisition of products as follows: Classic Remote Control Disconnectors, Reclosers, IUZIC Remote Control Disconnectors - 3 lots Lot 1 - Classic Remote Control Disconnectors Lot 2 - Reclosers Lot 3 - IUZIC Remote Control Disconnectors The requested products are in accordance with chapter 2.9.1 of the Specifications. If, in the award documentation, technical specifications are mentioned that refer to national standards that transpose European standards, European technical assessments, common technical specifications, international standards, other technical reference systems established by European standardization bodies or, in the absence of any of these, to national standards, national technical agreements or national technical specifications relating to the design, calculation in the execution of works and the use of products, etc., they are accompanied by the mention "or equivalent". All specifications and requirements mentioned and requested in the award documentation (including specifications) are accompanied by the mention "or equivalent". Delgaz reserves the right to adapt the requirements of the technical specifications set out indicatively in this documentation, in order to take into account new developments, at the time of launching a specific acquisition, together with the invitation to participate in order to submit offers. Although there is no limit to the duration of the dynamic system, it will initially be established for 48 months. The contracting entity reserves the right to modify the validity period of the dynamic procurement system, according to the specifications of art.138 of the Law. The period may be modified later (extended, shortened, terminated), subject to notification of this modification. The duration of a contract awarded under the dynamic system may exceed the duration of the dynamic system. The validity of the dynamic procurement system may not exceed 4 years. Any request for clarification must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of applications: 18 days. The contracting entity's response to these requests will be sent on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders in accordance with art. 173 of Law 99/2016. with tender notice no. 685459-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
