Construction of 110 kV LES between the 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord electrical transformer station and the 400/110 kV Medgidia Sud electrical transformer station

The RETELE ELECTRICE ROMANIA S.A. in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for Works are required to strengthen the existing electrical network owned by the network operator upstream of the connection point and to carry out general strengthening works to comply with the criterion with N-1 elements in operation in the 110 kV RED in the RER area, a new 110 kV LES will be built between the Medgidia Nord-Medgidia Sud stations, 8.4 km long. The 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord electrical transformer station is managed by Rețele Electrice Romania SA. The 400/110 kV Medgidia Sud electrical transformer station is managed by the CN Transelectrica Transmission Operator. The 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord electrical transformer station, at a voltage level of 110 kV, is of the outdoor type, with equipment mounted at half height, with equipment supports. The station was sized for the short-circuit ceiling of: 6000 MVA on the 110 kV side. The 110/6 kV Medgidia Nord transformer station is located in Constanța County, in the urban and extra-urban areas of the city of Medgidia. The works will be carried out within the premises of the Medgidia Nord transformer station as well as in the extra-urban and intra-urban areas of the city of Medgidia, mostly in the public non-roadworthy area and in some places in the city's roadworthy area. Interested economic operators may request clarifications or additional information no later than the 20th day before the deadline for submitting requests for participation/tenders, and the Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators by the established deadline - according to art. 29 para. (3) of GD 394/2016. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to submit two consolidated responses, in accordance with the provisions of art. 172 para. (2) and art. 173 para. (1) of Law no. 99/2016, as follows: – a first consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the initial deadline for submission of tenders; – a second consolidated response, sent no later than the 11th day before the modified deadline for submission of tenders, in the event that the deadline for submission of tenders is extended, under the conditions of art. 163 of Law no. 99/2016. The contracting entity will only respond to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators by the established deadline, according to art. 29 paragraph (3) of GD 394/2016.
