CONSTRUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL UNIT - PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL, ACCORDING TO PUZ APPROVED BY HCL NO. 76/29.08.2024

The COMUNA DUMBRAVITA in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The proposed investment consists of building an educational unit for primary and secondary school cycles in Dumbrăvița commune, Timiș county, in order to ensure non-discriminatory access to quality education for the school population in rural areas. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers. B. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for submission of offers.
