Consultancy and supervision of the design and execution of works related to the investment objective: "Modernization of the Bucharest North railway line - Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport, Phase I: Railway connection to Terminal T1, Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport"

The National Railway Company "CFR" - SA in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for The modernization of the Bucharest North – Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport railway line contributes to: - Developing and expanding air transport links with other modes of transport by interconnecting the airport with the entire Romanian railway network and with the European TEN-T transport network, as well as the connection with urban transport modes (metro, tram, etc.). - Attracting the largest possible number of passengers from neighboring localities on rail transport, etc. The implementation of services for monitoring the development of the Technical Project, the execution details and the construction works will be based on the legislation and all technical regulations in force in Romania and Europe (national and European standards, specific regulations, guides, Eurocodes, etc.), the Contractor being fully responsible for complying with the legislative and regulatory framework in force. In case of any ambiguities regarding the application of the relevant legislation and technical regulations, the Contractor shall request clarifications and instructions from CNCF "CFR"-SA, in a timely manner for the successful and timely performance of the requested services. The Contractor shall provide the services in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, in compliance with the legislation and technical regulations in force and based on the application of relevant methodologies, based on the best national and international practices in the field of transport, respectively railways. The Contractor shall bear full responsibility for the correct, timely and quality fulfillment of the requirements described in this specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring additional resources (if necessary to achieve the purpose of the Project), without requesting any additional costs from the Contracting Entities. Duration of the contract: - Duration of supervision of design and execution of the works: 14 months - Duration of supervision of the warranty period: 60 months - Duration of closure: 2 months. Total: 76 months The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
