NOTE 1: The modification of the public procurement contract, during its validity period, is made under the conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions. The modification of the contract during its validity period, other than in the cases and conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, is carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law. NOTE 2: In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is a maximum of 17 days before the deadline for submitting offers. NOTE 3: In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, also taking into account the provisions of the ANAP Notification on the manner of implementing the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016. Any request for clarification sent after the date mentioned in note 2 will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the deadline mentioned in note 3 and as a result the request will be considered LATE. with tender notice no. 688565-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
