The Consiliul Judetean Arad in Romania from Europe region has released this tender for By assigning the Public Passenger Transport Service by regular routes in the area of ​​competence of Arad County, the aim is to ensure the travel needs of the county's residents and to increase the quality of the services offered. The main benefits to be obtained after satisfying the need:  meeting the transport needs of the population and economic operators on the territory of Arad County;  improving road safety, environmental protection and the quality of county public passenger transport by regular routes;  safe and comfortable travel, including by risk insurance of the transported persons, as well as their goods through insurance policies;  equal and non-discriminatory access of transport operators to the county public transport market;  optimizing the functioning of the county public transport market by ensuring a normal, dynamic and fair competitive framework. In accordance with the provisions of art. 172 paragraph. (1) of Law no. 99/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation.
