DELEGATION OF MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPONENT ACTIVITIES OF THE SANITATION SERVICE REGARDING MECHANICAL-BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BY LANDFILL OF MUNICIPAL WASTE, IN MUREȘ COUNTY

The ECOLECT MURES INTERCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION in Romania from Europe region had released this tender for The object of this procedure is the award of a service concession contract for the delegation of management of the activities of the Sanitation Service regarding the mechanical-biological treatment and disposal by landfill of municipal waste, in Mureș County. The main activities of the Contract are: (i) Mechanical-biological treatment of residual waste; (ii) Transport of biologically stabilized waste and residual waste that can no longer be recovered at the Sânpaul DDN; (iii) Transport of residual waste that can be recovered for energy to energy recovery facilities; (iv) Disposal by landfill of residual waste, street waste, soil and stone waste from public roads, residues resulting from the Cristești SSCT, Sânpaul TMB and STZs, as well as waste that cannot be recovered from interior and/or exterior renovation and rehabilitation activities of homes at the Sânpaul Non-Hazardous Waste Landfill. The secondary (related) activities of the Contract are: (i) Preparation of the technical execution project for the construction of Cell no. 2 on the DDN Sânpaul site; (ii) Preparation of the documentation for the approval of the intervention works, including specific studies necessary for the retrofitting of STMB Sânpaul; (iii) Preparation of the technical execution project for the retrofitting of STMB Sânpaul; (iv) Obtaining all necessary approvals/agreements/authorizations for the authorization of the construction and assembly works for the two infrastructures: DDN and STMB; (v) Execution of the construction works of Cell no. 2 on the DDN Sânpaul site; (vi) Supply of the necessary industrial machinery and equipment according to the Investment Lists (Annex 3 and Annex 5 to the Specifications) including their assembly on site; (vii) Technical assistance from the design team/teams throughout the implementation of the investments in the two infrastructures; (viii) Closure of Cell no. 1 upon exhaustion of storage capacity according to the Technical Closure Project made available in Annex 6 to the Specifications; (ix) Closure of Cell no. 2 upon exhaustion of storage capacity according to the Technical Closure Project made available by the Mureș County Council upon reaching 75% storage capacity in cell no. 2.
