The provision of the service will be carried out in compliance with Regulation (EC) no. 1370/2007, Law no. 92/2007, Law no. 51/2006 and under the conditions established by the Regulation on the organization and operation of the service and the Specifications by delegating the management of the county public transport service for passengers through regular routes, divided into 22 lots corresponding to each route in the County Transport Program. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to supplement, under the terms of the legislation on sectoral procurement, the quantity of services, without organizing a new award procedure, in the event that it becomes necessary to extend routes, introduce additional routes or new stations. For each lot, the possibility of amending the contract by a maximum of 10% of the estimated turnover is taken into account, in accordance with art.14 and art. 241 of Law no. 99/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, art.17(1) letter c) and art.27(1) letter a) of Law 92/2007 with subsequent amendments and completions.
