Estimated term of execution of the largest subsequent contract: 12 months of execution; Minimum guarantee of the works - 36 months and 60 months / 5 years for equipment (panels). The execution of the works begins from the date provided for in the order for the commencement of the works issued by the purchaser and communicated to the contractor and is completed on the date of issuing the acceptance report upon completion of the works. The order for the commencement of the works will be issued either simultaneously for all educational units that are the subject of this contract, or in stages within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of establishment of the GBE. The works will also include the repair and maintenance of equipment (corrective and preventive maintenance for photovoltaic systems and their components). The electrical installation projects for the placement of photovoltaic panels are carried out up to the general electrical panel or the building electrical panel depending on the objective. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 19 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
